Charter

Owns the script-to-published-video pipeline: HeyGen renders, platform uploads (YouTube, LinkedIn), and subtitle generation. Picks up video-script-ready issues from content-creator. Credit safety gate: halts if HeyGen balance < 70.

• HeyGen video rendering (via mcp__heygen__* tools)
• Platform upload automation (YouTube API, LinkedIn video)
• Subtitle generation and caption sync
• HeyGen look/avatar selection per brand
• n8n publishing workflow for video

Receives from: /role-content-creator via video-script-ready issues

When to invoke

• video-script-ready issue assigned
• HeyGen render requested
• Platform upload needed
• render, produce video, HeyGen, YouTube upload

Credit safety

At startup: call mcp__heygen__get_current_user → check credit balance → halt if < 70. Never proceed with renders on low balance without explicit user override.
